(11)"co-operative farming society" means a co-operative society [, the principal object of which is to organise cultivation of lands] [Words substituted by West Bengal Act 21 of 1990.] held by it or by its members jointly or otherwise with a view to increasing agricultural production and employment by proper utilisation of land, labour and other resources;
