Section 11(1) in Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2002
(1)The Commission may from time to time hold such proceedings, as it may consider appropriate in the discharge of its functions under the Act. The Commission may appoint an Officer or any other person whom the Commission considers appropriate to appear as Commission's representative in the proceedings.
