Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 11.08.2016 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos.1-3 and

5. Service of notice is complete on the respondent No.6, but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

Ld.counsel for the respondent No.4 has already filed the vakalatnama which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama.

List the matter again on 08.11.2016.
