Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Agriculturists Relief Act, 1938
(1)The provisions of section 8 shall not apply to any person who, though an agriculturist as defined in section 3(ii), did not on the 1st March 1972, hold an interest in, or a lease or sub-lease of, any land as specified in that section.
