Section 132 in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
132.
The Registrar, as the Treasurer, shall superintend the details of income and expenditure of the State Pharmacy Council and shall at each ordinary meeting at the Executive Committee submit a Financial Statement showing the transaction of the State Pharmacy Council for the month previous to one in which the meeting is held. This statement shall if possible be sent out with the notice calling the meeting.
