Section 3A(1) in The Maharashtra Employment Guarantee Act, 1977
(1)For the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of section 3, the State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, make a Scheme, for providing guaranteed employment in a financial year to every household in the rural areas covered under the Scheme as provided under section 3 and whose adult members, by application, volunteer to do unskilled manual work subject to the conditions laid down by or under this Act or in the Scheme.
