Section 8(i) in The Disaster Management (Amendment) Act, 2025
(i)for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:––“(2) The National Authority shall coordinate, in consultation with the Central Government and the State Governments and other stakeholders in the field of disaster management, for preparation and approval of the National Plan having regard to the National Policy.”;
