Section 15(1)(xxix) in The West Bengal State Council Of Vocational Education And Training Act, 2005.

(xxix)to provide by regulations, after considering the recommendations of the Board of Examinations, if any, the rates of remuneration to be paid to the paper-setters, moderators, tabulators, examiners, invigilators, supervisors and others employed in connection with the examinations instituted by the Council, and the fees to be paid by the candidates for such examinations and rate of centre charges;
