Section 94 in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
94. Payment of compensation or damages on transfer.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in the any other law for the time being in force and except for the provisions made in the Act, the transfer of employment of the officers and employees referred to in sub-section (1) of section 93 shall not entitle such officers and employees to any compensation or damages under the Act, or any other law, save as provided in the transfer scheme.
