75. Chairman, Vice-Chairman, members, officers and servants of the Marketing Board to be public servants.
- The Chairman, Vice-Chairman, members, Secretary, other officers and servants of the Marketing Board shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (45 of 1860).
