Section 268 in The Chandernagore Municipal Corporation Act, 1990
268. Acquisition of property.
- The Corporation shall, for the purpose of this Act, have the power to acquire and hold movable or immovable property or any interest therein, whether within or outside the limits of Chandernagore.
