ORAL ORDER
9 12-07-2018Despite assurance by the learned Advocate General to serve the copy of the written notes of argument, the same has not been served to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and due to the aforesaid learned counsel for the petitioners are not in a position to assist the Court.
The Court on the aforesaid circumstance is once again constrained to adjourn the case on the assurance of the learned State Counsel that the written notes of argument shall be served on the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners by tomorrow.
Put up this case on Monday i.e. 16.07.2018. The Court hopes and trust that at least this assurance will be honoured by the State counsel and will not cause inconvenience to the Court on 16.07.2018, as adjournment disturbed the whole list of the Court.
