(1)Where a licence granted under these rules is lost or destroyed a duplicate thereof may be granted on payment of a fee of rupees five.(2)The Chief Inspector may require a licensee to obtain a duplicate licence on payment of rupees five, if the original licence is defaced or spoiled:Provided that, the Chief Inspector may issue a duplicate licence without charge if he is satisfied that there are good and sufficient reasons for doing so.
