Section 28(1) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(1)Subject to provisions of sub-section (2) of this section and of sub-section (4) of section 14 each member of a registered society shall have one vote only as a member in the affairs of the society, provided that in the case of an equality of votes, the Chairman shall have a casting vote.
