Section 4(2) in The M.P. Krishi Upaj Mandi (Allotment of Land and Structure of Market Committee/board) Rules, 2005
(2)The ownership of the land shall be of the Market Committee/Board; The allottee, firm, processor or any other agency may use the land for trade of agricultural produce, processing, storage or any other purpose for which it has been allotted to it.
