Section 10 in The Jammu and Kashmir Prohibition of Ragging Act, 2011
10. Provision of the Act to be in addition to other laws.
- Nothing in the Act shall be deemed to affect the operation of any other law for the time being in force in the State and the provisions of the Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of, such other laws.
