Section 42(2)(i) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999

(i)The Commission may pass such orders as it thinks fit in accordance with Sections 28 to 31 of the Act for the contravention or the likely contravention of the licence tenns or conditions by the licensee.
