(2)The University may with the previous sanction of the Commissioner, Higher Education recognise for the purposes of admission to a course of study for a degree as equivalent to its own degrees and any degree conferred by any other University, or as equivalent to the final examination held under the Chhattisgarh Madhyamik Shiksha Adhiniyam, 1965 (No. 25 of 1965), any other examination.
