(1)The Government or any other officer appointed in this behalf, may inspect works or development schemes under the control of Parishad and also to inspect the relevant records pertaining to such works or development schemes in the manner prescribed.(2)The scope of such inspection may cover technical aspects including feasibility, economic liability, the technical quality of the work and the expenditure being incurred.(3)The notes of inspections shall be forwarded to the Chief Executive Officer for appropriate action.
