107. Payments under section 105 to be a charge on the property of the Board. - All moneys paid by the [Commissioner of the Corporation] under sub-section (1) of section 105 and not reimbursed by the [State Government] under sub-section (2) of the section, and all moneys payable under sub-section (1) of section 105 and levied under section 106, shall constitute a charge upon the property upon the property of the Board.
