(4)Should any person, without the permission of the committee bury or burn, or cause or permit to be buried or burnt, any corpse at any place which is not a burial or burning ground or in any burial or burning ground made or formed contrary to the provisions of this section, or after the date fixed thereunder for closing the same, he shall be punishable with a fine which shall not be less than twenty-five rupees and more than two hundred rupees.Dangerous Animals
