Section 42(2)(c) in THE UTTAR PRADESH VINDHYA DHAM TEERTH VIKAS PARISHAD ACT, 2021

(c)for the purpose of carrying out any work which has not been fully carried out by the Parishad and for the purpose of realizing properties, funds and dues referred to in clause (a), the functions of the Parishad shall be discharged by the State Government.
