Section 1 in The Karnataka Determination of Seniority of the Government Servants Promoted on the Basis of Reservation (to the Posts in the Civil Services of the State) Act, 2002
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Determination of Seniority of the Government Servants Promoted on the basis of Reservation (to the posts in the civil services of the State) Act, 2002.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the Seventeenth day of June, 199S.
