(2)The Vishwavidyalaya shall establish a Student Loan Fund, from which funds may be provided as loans to an enrolled student when such assistance Is needed to help him to meet the costs of attending the Vishwavidyalaya. In accordance with recommendations of the Administrative Council, the Board shall make Regulations governing the operations of the Vishwavidyalaya Student Loan Fund.
