Section 11 in The First Statutes of the Footwear Design and Development Institute
11. Powers of the Managing Director.
- The Managing Director may enter into Memorandum of Understanding or Agreements to cooperate with educational or other institutions in any part of the world having objects wholly or partly similar to those of the Institute by exchange of faculty members, senior functionaries, scholars, and students, in such manner as may be conducive to their common objectives and place it before the Governing Council in the next meeting.
