Section 15(3)(f) in The Maharashtra Land Revenue (Boundaries Boundary Marks) Rules, 1969

(f)Where the number of candidates duly nominated is equal to the number of persons to be elected, the District Inspector shall forthwith declare all such candidate to be duly elected to the village committee.
