Section 26(3) in Arunachal Pradesh State Higher Education Council Act, 2019
(3)All expenditure incurred by the Council under or for the purposes of this Act shall be defrayed from out of the Fund and any surplus remaining, after such expenditure has been met, shall be refunded to the State in such manner as may be prescribed.
