17. Repeal and savings.
(1)The Uttar Pradesh Homoeopathic Medical College, (Taking over of Management) Act, 1979 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal if anything done or an action taken under the enactment repeald by sub-section (1), shall continue to be valid as if this Act has not come into force.The Schedule[See Section 2 (c)]Serial No: Name of the Colleges
