4. T.A.
- Travelling Allowances may be granted to a stipendiary engineer who is transferred or undertaking tours in the exigencies of public service. Such allowance shall be limited to actual travelling expenses, along with D.A. the amount of which shall be determined by the appointing authority, but in no case such actual travelling expenses shall exceed the amount admissible to Second Grade Government servants under the Orissa T.A. Rules.
