Section 4(i) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(i)The Policy of Rate Contract which is stipulated in Para.24.4 and 24.5 of the IPR 2001 seeks to protect the small scale industries of the State vis-a-vis other industries of the State and outside the State in respect of the purchases made by the Government Departments and Agencies under its control.
