Section 2(1)(b) in The Nathdwara Temple Rules, 1973

(b)" Officers and Servants of the Board" means officers and servants appointed by the Board or by any person authorised by the Board in this behalf and includes all employees of the temple other than the Chief Executive Officer and the Sevawalas.
