23. No right acquired over reserved forest except as here provided.
- No right of any description shall be acquired in or over a reserved forest except by succession or under a grant or contract in writing made by or on behalf of the [State Government] [Substituted by Section 4 of Rajasthan Act No. 27 of 1957 (Published in Rajasthan Gazette, Part 4-A Extraordinary. dated 13.8.1957).] or some person in whom such right was vested when notification under Section 20 was issued.
