State of Andhra Pradesh - Subsection

Section 8(3)(i) in THE ANDHRA PRADESH ANIMAL FEED (REGULATION OF MANUFACTURE, QUALITY CONTROL, SALE AND DISTRIBUTION) ACT, 2020

(i)If satisfied that the applicant has fulfilled all the terms and conditions of application for carrying out the Animal Feed Business Operations, the Licensing Authority shall issue the license in form “B” within fifteen (15) days from the date of application; or
