Section 13(3)(d) in The Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962

(d)An appeal against the decision of the arbitrator or Umpire, as the case may be, shall lie to the disputes sub-committee and shall be filed within a period of fifteen days form the date of the award.
