Section 160(1) in The Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act, 1888
(1)When the entries required by clauses (a), (b) (c) and (d) of section 156 have been completed, as far as practicable, in any ward assessment book, the Commissioner shall give public notice thereof and of the place where the ward assessment book, or a copy of it may, be inspected.
