Section 1(3) in The Chemical Weapons Convention Act, 2000
(3)It shall come into force on such [date] [1st July, 2005 (except sections 18 and 39), vide notification No. S.O. 818(E), dated 13th June, 2005] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint; and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
