                     India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first
                     respondent to take over all complaints filed and pending in any police
                     station including FIR 230 of 2020 and 231 of 2020 on the file of the
                     fourth respondent and FIR 199 of 2020 and FIR 200 of 2020 on the file
                     of the fifth respondent in any part of the country relating to the claimed
                     offences arising from the non payment of debentures and Pass through
                     certificates tendered by victims in any part of the country and to deal
                     with them as part of Cr 5 of 2013 on its file connected with CC 6 of 2020
                     on the file of the Special Court for TNPID offences Chennai.

                                                        ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take over all complaints filed and pending in any police station including FIR 230 of 2020 and 231 of 2020 on the file of the fourth respondent and FIR 199 of 2020 and FIR 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.4511 of 2021 200 of 2020 on the file of the fifth respondent in any part of the country relating to the claimed offences arising from the non payment of debentures and Pass through certificates tendered by victims in any part of the country and to deal with them as part of Cr 5 of 2013 on its file connected with CC 6 of 2020 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID offences Chennai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the counsel had withdrawn their appearance on behalf of the petitioner and also submitted the entire bundle to the petitioner. However, till today, the petitioner did not engage any counsel on record and also failed to appear before this Court in person or through pleader.

3. A perusal of the prayer reveals that it is entirely an omnibus prayer and it cannot be considered in the writ petition in Article 226 of Constitution of India.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
