It is submitted that decree passed in Ejectment Suit No. 173 of 2005 was put into execution and possession has been delivered to the respondents / plaintiffs the decree holder in Ejectment Execution Case No. 34 of 2010.
None is appearing on behalf of the appellants. The matter is adjourned to appear on 12.6.2023 for further order.
