Section 12A(2) in Indira Kala Sangit Vishwavidyalaya Act, 1956
(2)The Kulapati shall hold office for a term of [5] years and shall not be eligible for appointment for more than two terms :Provided that he shall cease to hold office on attaining the age of 65 :Provided that notwithstanding the expiry of his term he shall continue to hold office until his successor is appointed and enters upon his office but this period shall not in any case exceed six months.
