50. Manner of preferring an appeal.
(1)[Every appeal to the State Government under the Act or under these rules shall be preferred in Form XI within one month from the date of receipt of the order appealed against:Provided that, the time required for obtaining copies of the order appealed against shall be excluded in computing the period of one month.] [Substituted by G.N. of 15.4.1968.](2)Every such appeal shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against.
