Section 29(1) in Tamil Nadu Inam Estates (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(1)For the purpose of sections 25,26 and 28, any person who had, immediately before the notified date, any right or interest in any land in an inam estate as a landholder, shall be deemed to be a landholder of such inam estate.
