4D. Power to remove difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Chapter, the State Government may, when the occasion arises, by order do anything which appears necessary for the purposes of removing the difficulty.CHAPTER-III Prevention and control, of contagious diseases affecting animals.
