Heard learned counsel for the parties.
We find that similar cases have been accepted for hearing by this Court. Accordingly, we direct this case be connected to Writ-C No. 68254 of 2012 and 61172 of 202.
Since the parties have already entered their appearance hence no further notice is required.
It is stated by the learned counsel for the parties that the leading case along with a bunch of similar cases has now been posted to 7th March, 2013 for hearing therefore, counter if any be filed on 7th March, 2013.
As an interim measure, it is directed that no duty on the electrical demand shall be charged from the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned Notification dated 13.9.2012. However, the petitioner will be liable to pay such duty on consumption of electricity.
