HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 09/07/2020 None present for the petitioner even in the second round. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:-
"It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that Your Lordships may kindly pleased to call for the entire record of the case, examine the same and allow the writ petition by passing an appropriate writ, order or direction:-
(i) The respondents may kindly be directed to allow the petitioner for participating in selection process for the post of Constable Driver after giving him age relaxation in upper age limit and further the respondents be directed to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Constable Driver in the merit list;
(ii) Any other order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner;

(2 of 2) [CW-654/2020] By way of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking age relaxation in the upper age limit for the post of Constable (Driver).
Having gone through the record, the petitioner being overage at the relevant point of time, in my considered view no case is made out for interference which may invoke jurisdiction of this court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
