14. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer or other employee of the Government or the Board in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, rules or regulations made or any directions issued thereunder.
