Section 1 in Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Connectivity and Open Access in Intra-State Transmission and Distribution) Regulations, 2017
1. Short Title, Commencement and Extent.
(a)These Regulations may be called the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Connectivity and Open Access in Intra-State Transmission and Distribution) Regulations, 2017.(b)These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.(c)These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Goa and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu, Puducherry and Chandigarh.
