(2)in the sphere of protection of environment,-(a)reclamation of waste lands, promotion of social forestry and maintenance of open spaces.(b)establishment and maintenance of nurseries for plants, vegetables and tress and promotion of greenery through mass participation,(c)organization of flower-shows and promotion of flower-growing as a civic culture, and(d)promotion of measures for abatement of all forms of pollution;
