73. Code of Conduct for teachers of affiliated Colleges.
(1)The Government shall, in consultation with the University and the representative of the teachers, frame a Code of Conduct to be observed by the teachers of Government and private colleges.(2). Any teacher of a Government or private college who contravenes any of the provisions of the Code of Conduct shall be liable for disciplinary action which may involve the imposition of a major penalty.
