Section 29(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Homoeopathic Practitioners Act, 2003
(1)The Registrar shall in every year, on or before a date to be fixed by the Board, cause to be printed and published a correct list of the names and qualifications of all practitioners for the time being entered in the Register and the date when such qualifications were acquired.
