23. Report of Electricity Ombudsman.
(1)The Electricity Ombudsman shall send to the Commission, by 1st May every year, a report containing a general review of the activities of his office during the preceding financial year and shall furnish such information as the Commission may direct.(2)The Commission may, in the public interest, publish the report and the intimation from the Electricity Ombudsman in such consolidated form or otherwise as it deems fit.
